New AGPS URL
A new version of BT747 was released integrating a new AGPS download location.
The application has also been signed with a new signature, https://soft.bt747.org has been updated with these signatures and the jnlp files have been updated to use https.

Which version is this and how to download?
The version 2.1.3 is much older than this announcement and indeed fails since a few months to upload AGPS. On SourceForge there doesn't seem to be any file with a date fitting this announcement.
So how can I download this new working version (as ZIP file)?
