Problem to connect the Holux M 1000C to Apple Mac

I had some problems, to connect the Holux M1000C to my Apple. First there was no serial port in the Dorpdown Menu wich succeded. After reading the ports there occured the usb-port "/dev/cu.Holux_1000C_SPPslave_1". I tried again but the system wasn't able to connect because of any "portinuse"-trouble.
Once again Mario De Weerd gave me the hint. Under: http://bt747.wiki.sourceforge.net/mac_installation, there is a special mac installation describend and the terminal commands "sudo chmod 777 /var/lock" helped.
The Holux M 1000C works with BT747!!!

Thanx

Dirk

How to kill a stalled BT747 in Mac OSX

I’m 99% of the way there with my Holux talking nicely over bluetooth to my mac via the Version 1.60.11 of the BT747 software all thanks to this terrific instructions over at trick77.com.

My problem comes with trying to shut BT747 down. If it hangs or seems to hang I try to quit it but no matter what I have a waba.applet.Applet icon in my dock and no force quitting will get rid of it till I reboot. Once this has happened, there is no way to reconnect to the Holux until I’ve rebooted.

Is there some Java magic I need to know?
